Is this bad service or what????? (Warning may be too long for short attention spans like me)? |
We had digital cable installed this morning and after the cable guy left it went out. We called the offices and they said he would be right back out. We called quite often throughout the day and by 10 pm he still never called or showed.(obviously they were closed) We were connected to 24 hour service number when we called at this time and were told they can get it working from there. It began working and I was happy.(kinda) Then 5 minutes later it went out. I called back and was told my information will sent to a supervisor who will review it then contact dispatch to set an appointment to have some one come fix it. So is this bad service or unfortunatlly common??? Yes that is bad service It is both bad service and it is common. That is TERRIBLE service. I hope you got free service for their runaround and BS! |
