MS acess service call management program?

I am self employed air condition, refrigeration Service tech. I've looked at many commercially off the shelf service call software, none are truely customizeable.
I like Microsoft Access "service Call Management", it allow me to put the templete in design view and modify it anyway I wanted. unforturnately, I am not a programmer - Unforturnately, the basic templete came with acess is too simple; not useful for my day to day operation. (Templete from microsoft office web site is not much better) Any body here who has taken the basic Acess service call mangement program embellished it ? anyone know any other place I can down load acess service call templete ?(beside the one from microsoft office web site)

Open your local Yellow Pages and look for a software developer with experience using MS Access. Pay the guy (or gal) between $75-$100/hr to help you build in 2-5 hours what it would have taken you days (or weeks?) to do yourself by trial and error.

Please understand...I'm not trying to put a damper on your enthusiasm for learning MS Access - it's totally admirable that you're willing to try to figure out how to make it work for you. But realistically, your business will probably do better if you concentrate on your speciality (HVAC, etc) and leave the programming to paid nerds (like me) whom you can pay on an as-needed basis. After all, why have a dog and bark yourself?
