Customer service??? |
what is the most difficult part of providing customer service working as a receptionist or at a front office of a company? saying no to people who wont take no for an answer and not loosing your cool. i have found many people like to bend their rules in their favor, and if u do for one than u must dofor all and people will use that in their advanatge. so the best thing is not to do it at all. and to always m aintain your cool by not getting an attitude when people can get an attitude with you, explain your companies policies and stick to it! people always try tog et over on u! Dealing with people who are not getting their way. Dealing with difficult people who know they are wrong but are still going to give you hell for adhering to your company policies. The people. People are so dumb sometimes, well most of the time.. If you call and the system is automated and you know the ext then why do you punch 0 for someone else? If you get voicemail don't just call back.. Leave a message and they will call you back if its important.. |
