What is the worst customer service you received?

My worst customer experience was about three years ago when I tried to help my father cancel his America Online service. I was transferred to the "cancellation department" and I had to wait on hold for over 15 minutes, finally when it seemed someone was going to pick up, the line would drop, and I had to do it all over again... Needless to say after 20 calls and speaking to over 10 different reps and supervisors I had to write a letter to AO cooperate office and threaten law suit. After about 6 months, I finally got service disconnected and compensated, but talk about a f$*$* nightmear.

Mine was when it was valentine night and my friend took me out to a really nice resterant and the waitress was crappy and she kept hitting on my date.

Sounds really bad! Never like that with me.

Ya I had 1.We ordered food through phone from some restaurant and the reciever was a south Indian anf didn't understand hindi so he wrote the wrong add. After 3 hrs he reached home when my mum had already made food and we refused to take it then. He roamed to and fro like anything.funny guy!

I went to Dicks sporting goods,and was approached by employee,who seemed like he knew his shitt.I asked if among other things if he knew if i could sharpen my ice auger.He said no,im in tree business and i always have to sharpen my saws.We got talking with another customer,and when employee was not in ear shot i asked other guy about sharpening,he led me rite to them.Thats not the worst,just most recent.I could go on but i wont

I went to a bar once with some friends. I ordered a drink and the waitress asked me if I had any money. I thought that was very rude!! I wouldn't be there if I had no money!!
