Service-connected disability leave?

I'm working in a law office, and a client from the local air base is being denied her leave time for a service-connected disability. Does anyone know exactly where we need to look in the US Code to find where it is specified that, in the case of service-connected disability, you must be given your leave time without question?

Whoops, sorry, she's a civilian, was disabled during active duty, re-employed under USERRA. Anyone who actually knows anything about USERRA would be helpful... She and her union rep both say that they have read this section before.

um never heard of sevice connected disability leave!

You dont get time off like a civilian just becuase you got hurt. It's the military. They might have you sit and do nothing but if you are not on bed rest they expect you there.

As for looking in the US code it doesnt apply. It is military law plain and simple.

There is no rule that states you must be given your leave without question if you have a service connected disability.

The only leave that is manditory in the military is emergency leave for things like a death in the family and things like that.
