Describe your best customer service experience.? |
I would like to hear how to improve my customer service skills. And the best place to find out what works, and what doesn't is right here at my fingertips. I would like to hear about your best and worst customer service experience. It could be when you were at the drug store this morning, the doctor's office, at the post office, and at your local Walmart store. Please tell....... I have a relative who made several flights from California to Boston this winter and spring. She was on US Airways and they kept her plane on the runway for three hours without letting anyone off or providing any food or drinks. She wrote to them about her experience and they sent her a letter saying that they verified what she said by checking their revords and were sending her a $150 check to say they were sorry and were hoping to learn from their failure. The next time she used US Airways this spring they did the same thing - stayed on the runway for hours again and did not serve anything to the passengers or go back to the terminal. Again she wrote to them and again they send a $150 check with a note saying they are still trying to improve. keep a smile on ur face!!!!!!!!! |
