My company used to have att as the phone T-1 provider with an Avaya Definity phone switch. Our office is in Dallas and we could call ANY phone number in the 972 or 214 area code and it was treated as a Local Call (we did NOT have to dial a "1"). Since that's carrier specific, almost certainly yes. |
