Is there any international notary service available?

I have a company registered in Singapore, with partners mostly resided in Germany. Now I need to have some documents notarized before sending to the Taiwan Representative office in Singapore.

It does not make sense for my partners to fly into Singapore just to sign before the notary officer. I wonder is there any international law firm or Notary body that can provide notary service both in Germany and Singapore ? Will the documents notarized in Germany be accepted in Singapore?

I need to send the notarized documents plus other documents to be authenticated in Taiwan Representative office in Singapore.

If my understanding of what you want to do is correct, it seems that you should go through seven steps.

(1) Have the documents signed and (2) notarized in Germany, and then (3) have the documents certified at the Taiwan Representative Office in Germany (or in the nearest neighboring country).

(4) Then you would transfer the documents to Singapore, and (5) have any needed signatures added and (6) get those signatures notarized, and then (7) get the documents certified at the Taiwan Representative Office there in Singapore.

The sum of these actions should produce a set of documents which is acceptable to the "Taiwan governing authorities."
