What's the most recommended Wi-Fi service provider in the Philippines? One w/ very reliable service, please.

I plan to get a laptop within the month and would like to know which service provider to get. I've read and received mixed feedbacks about some providers like Smart Bro and PLDT, so I'm really interested in other options.

1) Is Airborne Access good?
2) Is there a Wi-Fi provider that will allow me to surf ANYWHERE (e.g. office, house, school)? Or do all providers merely allow you to access through their hotspots?
3) I'm a Smart subscriber and I'm able to use my Nokia N73 to surf, should I just stick to this service instead of getting a separate wi-fi provider? It seems more economical, especially if I'll just get another provider that stinks, right? 脺
