I live in Oregon. Someone in California, added to my Sprint telephone service. I'm the only one on the cont

I use to belong to U.S. Cellular. I didn't have problems with the service like I do with Sprint.
I still have a year on the contract .
If other people can add or change things on my contract with Sprint (I'm the only one on that contract) And no body at the Sprint office takes me serious....What do I do.
Right now at this rate, someone I don't even know can order a phone without my knowing about it.
Pictures and internete were added without my athority!
I need some feedback,,,Espeacially from people working for cellular companies!

I work at cingular and unfortunately, the rules are very liberal. Scary even. Call customer service, and they should be able to note that they need to ask for your password and that only you can make changes/ authorizations for the account. There should be no authorized users listed on your account, and they need to ask for the last four digits of your social sec. number. If they don't let you set a password, etc, threaten switching companies. Like stated above, it works 99 percent of the time.

Tell them you want to cancel your phone service!!! When they ask you why you'd like to cancel, tell them what you've told us. When the cell company think they are about to lose a customer they react VERY differently.
