I am an office manager. Do you thank my job is some kind of customer service? Almost every job has customer service elements. An office manager serves internal customers, those who work in the office. The services you provide such as office support, make it possible for everyone else to do their jobs. Some office managers interact with customers, suppliers and other guests to the office. What Do You Mean Stupid Manager? You are customer service to those that work in the office. You job gives others the ability to complete their tasks. Absolutely your job is a customer service because as a manager you are handling some people and the people are handling the customers and so you are handling the customers indirectly.
