However that list doesn't include New Zealand or Australia either, yet we've had it here (and I've used it often) since mid-January.

I suspect it MAY be available now in UK too, but can't be certain.

So - to anyone anywhere who is unsure, I suggest go to http://voice.yahoo.com - which (depending on where you access that page from) will either show signup details, OR show something like "Coming Soon....".

{{{LATER}}} It IS available now in "China", according to their page. But I've no idea of any "office" IN China, or if you could pay by Yuan. I paid in US$, at their main signup page, simply using a standard Visa card.
Each payment of US$10 gets deducted from my bank here in N.Z. in the New Zealand equivalent (aprox NZ$15)

i don't think they have the pc to phone service in china. if you go to this page: http://beta.messenger.yahoo.com/ and scroll to the bottom, china is not listed as one of the countries they offer the service in. hong kong is listed though, so maybe you should check that link out.
