Microcel is the company which had provided mini/micro movie theatre with short movies in India had an head office in Kolkatta, India. the system run from dedicated PC and softwares on the 39 inches CRT TV. Trying to get service from a reseller is nearly impossible, you'll have to find an "authorized repair" vendor or go directly to the manufacturer.

Usually, the manufacturer will have a website, google the name and see if they have an authorized repair center somewhere near you. Otherwise, you may have to email a general "contact us" department and see whom can repair the unit for you.

Finally, sometimes the manual that comes with the equipment you bought will have numbers to contact if there is a problem. Even if your's came without a book, hopefully you can find a copy on their website and download it to view the information.
