Who could I contact to have division-of-family-services office investigated for misconduct.?

I currently have a case that has been going on now for over 2-years.And they have lied to me to many times to count.They have misrepresnted their selfs on alot of key issues,they have lied to the courts as well.They have purposely set out to sabatoge my case from the very beging.So I would like to blow-the-whistle ,but to whom.

out of state lawyer , what state you in ohio dose this same stuff i have family members going threw this same stuff right now , they tell them they will be at there home at 2.00 and never show and never call to say they are not going to make it but they put it in there records that they were not home for the visitation and they family members will wait untill 7pm for them to call or show up but when it comes to court the judge only hears them and no one else everyone needs to start fileing letters to congress and news papers about this crap

Your state's attorney general would be a good place to start. At the very least, they can probably point you in the right direction.

Do you have written proof of this? Your word against theirs will not go very far. I am confused - why would they lie & misrepresent them? They have a lot of cases & I can not believe they are just "out to get you".
Report them to the head of department first & the to the Attorney General's Office.

The ombudsman. Go to their website. They should have info on how to contact them. Believe me, if you write a letter to the ombudsman about a particular caseworker, something will happen.

No one will listen to you over them. Thats like trying to sue a cop or judge.
