ATT Corporate Offices. Names and addresses?

Does anyone know how to get in touch with ATT Long Distance CEO and his address?
I have had several bad run ins with the Customer Service Personnel at ATT Long Distance. I would like to file a complaint but seem to be unable to find names and addresses. Anyone have them or direct me to the correct site to find them? I received an answer from one person wh obviously thinks I know nothing about corporate life. "Trust me,
I realize he won't read my complaint, but a flunky will. So don't dismiss this in such a high and mighty way/

I have actually contacted AT&T's corporate office before.. If you e-mail the CEO, many times they will read the e-mail, but will have it forwarded to someone else to complete.. His assistant might get it, but who knows... Here is the requested information:
