I have 4 years Property Management experience, what other things can I do?

Basically I manage a storage facility of 500 units. I pay the facility's bills, deal with customers & their accounts, and am also the district trainer & have trained 7 people since this February. Everyone always tells me I am too smart to work there and could be doing "so much more with my life". LIKE WHAT? I don't have an education, but I am pretty smart, organized, etc etc. What other options might be available to me with my experience of customer service, office skills, management, training of 4 years ?? I can also type about 80 WPM. Please help me realize my horizons! :)

Become an executive/administrative assistant for someone with a decent position, such as president or CEO of a small company. I don't mean to be a secretary in a pool somewhere, but be someone who can really be counted on to do the job right and in a professional manner.
