Should I capitalize these words or not? English or jounalism help will help!?

Okay, I have a assignment and I'm kind of confused about how to correct this. We're supposed to be correcting a news story and it has a lot of AP (Associated Press) style errors. And I'm not sure if I am supposed to capitalize all of these words: Last night's burglary was at the Duplicating Services Office at El Camino College.

Should I keep them all capitalized, some cap., or lowercase them all?

don't capitalize "office." The rest should be good, as long as that is the company name

exactly. Don't cap 'office' but do cap the company name.
