Why is Three the most rubbish network for Customer Service? |
I have dealt with Three's Executive Office and found them to absolutely rubbish. No-one takes ownership and everyone is desperate to pass the buck. I thought this was a one-off, but having spoken to others, I have found that many people have experienced the same.
