Has anyone ever got satisfactory service from BSkyB?

I have a carefully managed home office. The biggest file therein concerns BSkyB. They never listen to anything and every letter starts with some heap of rubbish like: "Dear Sir, this is how it is going to work.." The truth is that nothing works except the mechanism for withdrawing money from my bank account.

I've practically given up trying to talk to them, luckilly my system works but I daren't change it.

NO they are pants! they offer free everything to NEW customers and if you've been with them 10 years you can whistle!

No satisfaction whats so ever
