Outlook express for windows xp service pack 3?

My ISP can't configure my MS Office Outlook 2003 for my Windows XP SP3, can you send me a download of Outlook Express which is compatible with XP SP3? Hoping to hear from you soon. Thanks.

There is no such thing named service pack 3 for windows XP,,,,, only service pack 2,,, What u are talking about??
