I want to sue Airtel coz of its service & annoying calls!?

Hi,I am using airtel gprs.The speed is around 4-5 kbps and the server is down most of the time...I contacted customer care many times but they didnt do anything.I have noted my complain no. each time I register my complain and recorded the conversation.Now I am in the mood to sue them.To whom I address the legal notice?The Local Distributor or the registered office(Delhi).Pl giv me detail how to proceed..Pl Help me

If you ever take the time to read those service agreements that you MUST agree to before they sell you the stuff, you will find that they make no promise to provide good service, and that in any dispute, they have all of the rights, and you have none.

I was in India in March n had similar kinda probs with Airtel. They r abusin customers n the trust that a customer puts in em. If I wer u I wud take em 2 District Consumer Court. It's easier n fastest way 2 make ur point.

U can make a complaint against both the regional as well as the comapny HQ. Ur local distributor is just an agent of Airtel, he doesn't provide u the service although he shud address ur griviences.

Please go ahead. Airtel is playing with the customers in a style of tactful cheating. The customer care number 9845098450 will connect you to the executive and he/she will hear you and treat you with courtesy and will record your complaint. But complaint will not be resolved. when you contact again some other executive comes on line and it goes on like that days together and months together. The reply you get from 121 is complaint is not clear.. (whereas all executives heard and told that they understood and have assured to resolve the problem. They conduct different quiz /contests with the bait of prizes. I have contacted more than 15 executives and I got reply that my complain is resolved where as no remedy was given. I informed them that the way they deal with the customer's complaint is disgusting. It is also a dignified way of cheating. Their main office is at Bannargatta, Bangalore. There are countless complaints against them. I feel they must be screwed. I shall go to consumers' forum shortly..
