Hey i'm 33...how do i get proof that i registered with the selective service when i was 18?

i have an interview with the post office...thats on eof the things you need. (also i've been in the military, and discharged)

I have to check that for men everyday here at work....here is the website

Your DD214 should be enough

Bring them a copy of your DD 214 and that should suffice.

DD 214 does not help, they're not asking for your service record. I served 20 years and still had to provide proof of Selective Service for some of the job positions I've applied for. Google "Selective Service," they have a web site where it can be verified. Also, most company HR's know how to access SS records...
