How do you charge for janitorial services for office buildings? It is according to how many people will be cleaning in the building. If its less than two or three just charge by the hour. Simply guesstimate how many hours it will take and call your closest competitor and tell him you are with (make up a name) company and need a qoute and describe the building and tell him to price it out. This is where a little acting comes into play and he will attempt to evade a direct qoute without seeing the building, your responce should be well give me an idea how much it will cost per hour... bam you have the price. |
