LEXUS is my new favorite car, it definately beats benz?

i just got the 07 sc430 convertible like 2 months ago it's perfect. yesterday i come in for a free cleaning by lexus. i come in they got complimentary starbucks, and free donuts while i wait in a room with an extremely comfortable sofa and a 50 inch plasma. now that is comfort to wait for your car. i had the benz 04 clk 500 coupe and when i went to benz for checkup they didn't have anything but a wait in an office while your car is being serviced. that office looked like a damn closet. when you go to get your car checked at lexus they really know how to give you a 5 star treatment while you wait. damn i didn't want to leave.

oh, shut up! i'm driving around in a 2000 hyndai elantra with so much crap wrong with it, i am not even trying to fix it. do i really need your spoiled *ss telling me about your free sh*t?

Thats awesome!! Lexus is a very good company ... but i have to admit it also comes down to the owner of the dealership ... there is a honda dealership and they had coffee and donuts, LCD TV and free wireless internet with work stations! and opposite the street i went to an acura dealership and all they had was a 20inch tube TV .... plus the new dealerships will have the couchs n Tvs etc... the older ones generally are behind ...

So really some dealerships will go to great length to provide service and some jus dont care ...

But as time goes on owners will step up to provide comforts for their customers and i think competitions is a good thing .. it will improve service for us..

What a joke! Of course they give you coffee & donuts-they overcharge for the POS car, and give you a $5 coffee & donut & you're sold! No wonder Lexus is doing well-because of geniuses like you.

yep, some people has never travelled in first class...what a shame..my only gripe with lexus is sometimes the latte is a little too strong for my taste. but i must say, i love the free detailing of my car and the damn biscotti is so delicious.

I agree. I love my IS 350; best car I've ever owned. But anyway, Lexus is all about customer service. They're one car manufacterer that actually says they care about you and you as a customer can really tell they do. Not to mention you get great quality vehicles at a good price, and the free car washes, roadside assistance, and oil changes. Lexus really knows how to make you feel like you're high class material.

I agree i own a LS430 and i love it, although the service people at my Lexus dealership kinda suck. I just have my dad take it in for maintenance.

Don't worry, you have paid the donuts and the capuccinos several times when you paid a lot of money for that car.

Ya, Lexus is a very amazing company. They offer so many unseen luxury items that not many other companies offer.

Benzs are way over rated. They are no where near as leading in luxury that used to be.

Lexus really take good care of their customers. This is why they are always being rated as the best customer satistaction automobile company according to J.D. Power & Associates. I have taken my RX in a few times for service, and the waiting room is first class or you can get a Lexus loaner car for free. Congratulations on your new SC430!
