Well Christians are not generally not terrorist just like Muslims are. Christians have a history of being persecuted by the Romans yet these persecutions did not lead to a revolt against them. Christianity is a religion that is based on the teaching of the sayings of Jesus Christ. The sayings of Jesus were to love our enemies, when someone throw a stone a you throw back a bread at him, forgive seventy seven times. As for Muslims, they have teachings in the Koran about peace but I really dont know much.

A great point to make. It seems when some ignorant folk label all Muslims as terrorists, they never seem to realize that such a sweeping generalization would label every nation/race/religon/etc as a terrorist group. Timothy McVeigh, for example, is a classic example of a Christian terrorist, both because of his beliefs and because of his motives. The same could be said for Adolf Hitler.

The Muslim community being painted with such a broad brush is a result of classic us/them thinking, primarily the idea that what "we" are doing is righteous, and "they" are acting out of hatred, evil, etc. It eventually comes down to a game of definitions.

Take the war in Iraq for example: attacks on American troops are now being classified as terrorism. "They" on the other hand see it as self-defense. Would you not lash out at some foreign army policing the streets in your own hometown?

The guerilla tactics used by "us" in the Revolutionary War are near identical, yet would we call those early Americans terrorists? Of course not, because "we" were the good guys.

The Boston Tea Party was most definitely the first major act of terrorism in this country. It was an attack by an armed gang on a private vessel in order to inspire enough terror to get them to leave. Sound familiar?

I think it would just have been simpler to call all Americans terrorists :) (which may not be so far from the truth actually, since every mentally retarded individual in the US is allowed to own a gun and they still apply the death sentence).

But throwing stones at each other doesn't help much. Unfortunately there's too much propaganda in the media pointing out who the terrorists 'really' are, and there's also too much dumb patriotism, to have a decent conversation on this topic.

In my opinion terrorist acts can be called even what people who lead big corporations like Pioneer or Monsanto do: spreading a diseased agriculture in the world which leeds to millions of cancer cases in one year.

The problem with the question is how to define "terrorists". The traditional definition sees as terrorist only small groups that use violence for political means. The US government accepts as terrorists everyone from individuals to entire countries (as Bush said, if you are not with us, you are against us, so everyone who is not an allie of the USA can be considered a terrorist). If you follow this logic (or absense of logic) then its easy to reach whatever conclusions you like. It may be that all terrorists are christians or all muslims or all americans depending on who you decide to consider as the good guy.

WW1 causes:
Nationalism, Colonialism, Militarism, and Alliances are the primary reasons.
WW2:
Colonialism (Japan), rise of Fascist regimes who wanted control over more than just their nation.
Soviet Union:
Stalin (no religion, the USSR actually tried to get rid of religions)
China:
Again, same thing as with Russia.

I don't really see the point to your "question" what WWI has to do with Christians or terrorism, I don't know, but NO and NO Christians are not terrorists, now if you stated all Muslim's are terrorist or all terrorist Muslims, that would have made more sense. But still the answer to that question is no because while there are many Islamic Terror groups not all Muslims are terrorists. Aetheists and other groups are also terrorists. Christian Terrorists are extremely rare and are the exception to the rule.

People kill because they are human, and humans are by nature prone to violence. All religions, literally, are represented in the carnage which has occurred since before recorded history. So..all humans terrorists, or all terrorists human. Makes about as much sense as your question.

Defining terrorist as one whose intent is to mass murder civilians, that makes nearly all terrorists in the recent generation or two muslim - although not all muslims are terrorists.
