WTF is wrong with my fonts?

Today I turned on my computer, and found out that texts are displayed abnormally in some places.

for example:

Outlook express is like that too.

I can't change fonts in display properties because when i scroll down the drop list, there is only one font: the illegible one.

My language setting is Traditional Chinese, and now some places don't display Chinese texts properly.

Re-installing graphic driver doesn't work.
No spyware/virus detected

I cannot use system restore because it fails everytime.

Last night I installed Windows Live Mail and Messenger. It didn't solve the problem when I deleted them
