Complain for airtel no tower in my office?

We have 8line of airtel but no tower complain from six months no result, no service what we do ?
we also complain to delhi office by fax & by email. they give reply we revert back soon we try! our executive visit at your office till today nothing is happened! we have 8 connection of airtel, we have media office so, phone service is must. AS A CONSUMER WE HAVE WRIGHT? AND ALSO WE HAVE HUTCH LINE WHEN WE COMPLIN THEM TOWER IS NOT WORKING WITHIN THREE DAYS THEY CAME & INSTALL THE TOWER. BUT AIRTEL GIVES ONLY SLOGAN "WHERE EVER YOU GO AIRTEL IS EVERY WHERE"

Don't know airtel, but by the end of 2007 you'll be able to buy your own femtocell from a number of manufacturers. This will allow you to extend/improve coverage in your office or home.
