What are my chances of getting in to a uc with my scores? |
I have about a 3.29 to 3.4 GPA I'm not sure since the last time I checked before my new grade was sent in. I got one D in one of my reg. class, and a C in one of my AP class; and my SAT score was a 1310 with an 8 on the essay. If I can get into one, what do you think is a good school for writing such as literature or film? What are my chances of getting into a school that offer literature, if I do bad in it? I do some volunteer work, but is more of a community services. The only office that I hold is a secretary with one of the club at my school. You won't get into the UC schools with your GPA/SAT score. Your SAT is below average and your GPA is average. You might have some chance at UC Irvine, Riverside, or the new one called UC Merced. I would seriously consider speaking with your college counselor. Many State colleges have quite acceptable programs and if you have your heart set on a UC school then after two years at state you can transfer to a UC. |
