Would you employ a quiet, shy person? |
How can a quiet, shy and reserved person get through a job interview or get an office or customer service job? Or any job for that matter? I am a quiet, shy, reserved private person and nobody wants to employ me. I have the same problem. It makes me angry and sad that people wont hire me,but there's nothing I can do unless it's to act fake and pretend to be peppy and upbeat. what kind of job> I think there are still companies who will employ you. Just show to them that your competent and qualified for the position. Just be positve. Gudluck on your job hunt You can be quiet and shy in many job positions, but you need to be a little assertive in the job interview. You can practice for your interview and get yourself in a mindframe to be direct with your answers. It sounds like you have been in many interview situations, take the knowledge you have about the questions they will ask and practice. Practice in the shower, car, etc. It's okay to be quite and shy, as long as you are friendly and just smile.... |
