Getting into penn...?

I am currently a junior student in Singapore going to priate school. I just wanted to know my odds of getting into schools like Northwestern, Upenn..
My unweighted GPA is 4.02 and weighted one is 4.06 (extra 0.5 for an AP course..) ; by the time my 1st sem of the senior yr ends, Im pretty sure that I can get my weighted to about 4.15

As for APs, I am taking English Language, Calculus AB, Biology, European History, and US History... and nxt yr I'll b takin macro/micro econ, calculus BC, Physics , Human Geo, and Lit...

I got 223 on PSAT and is expecting about 2300 for SAT

actively involved in sports last yr, but dis year im not... instead i'm good with music: in concert band and i also have my own rock band... i have performed a lot..in jazz band too.. I am active in service and have few office positions. 2,3 honor societies...During summer, i constantly did service works and this year i'm doing an inten in National Pension Service in Korea...
