I am having a issue with Sprint and I need to register a complaint. How should I go about that.?

This complaint has to be outside of customer service,maybe their corporate office.

I would start with the supervisor in charge of customer service. If that person doesn't give you acceptable assistance ask to seek to her supervisor, ask for names, and so on. Document your conversations and write a letter to the company expressing your complaint and what you expect them to do about it.

It seems like everyone( me too) has issues with Sprint ! Calling corporate may or may not get you resolution !! They are so large they really do not care about '' the little guy/gal ". If necessary contact the FCC and register a complaint !! Wish I could give you a website but can't. Settled my dispute at the local level .
