Why is KBR & Haliburton rebiding for projects in Iraq if they have already been caught overcharging taxpayers? |
Why doesn't a conviction mean they can't bid on all the projects?? because I want more money not only is there the fact that you don't run a company capable of offering the services that those companies do, you probably don't even know of one. I have known people fired from Federal & State goverment They weren't convicted of anything, it never got to court because it wasn't a criminal offense. The contracts they signed were set at preestablished rates during the Clinton administration. The bills were sent at current rates. The matter was resolved, accounting error, no harm no foul. |
