Help!! People who knows about claims or accounting in the leasing area.?

Here's the situation:

Both me and my husband just moved out from our old apartment, about a month ago.

When we first moved there [about 1 1/2 year ago], the leasing office folks charged us a first-month-to-last-month fee, meaning that one fee will cover the last month's rent, whenever we plan to move out.

We've been pre-paying for our rents, and moved out at the end of April, but we already prepaid them another month's worth of rent.

We've called them, and the accounting dept in OKC, OK, but they never called us back.

It's been a month, now, still no calls back. What can I do to get my refunds back? Shouldn't it be the last month fee, and the prepayment that we gave to them, since, we moved out on the end of April, instead, of May, and we never used our first-month-to-last-month fee? Thanks!!! Please be specific on the processes of what i can do.
