Termites, My house was sprayed can they come out from the holes?!?

My mobile home was inspected by TERMINEX, and they stated that our house has drywood termites. They recomended that our house be tented. This would be an estimate of $1,200 to $ 1,800 now that would be guaranteed work. Unfortanatley the owners (the office we rent from) wants to only pay $750 to spray random areas?! There just being cheap, anyways. My question is how soon can we expect to see sawdust everywhere? Can they come out of the holes that were drilled and not covered up? Also, just wondering but do termites bite?
Were pretty infested because we've had this problem since we moved in a year ago! I wonder how many termite our actually living in my house?

Do not panic.

You need to get at least two or three estimates. I think the price you got is too high, but I don't know what area of the country you are living in.

Do you have a wooden skirting? If so get rid of it and have a metal skirting put into its place.

Go to a hardware store and see if they have termite bombs. Sometimes this is all you will need. Put them under your house and if the directions say so put them inside your house.

Your house is not going to fall down around your ears. Some exterminators will try to frighten you into using their services NOW. Take your time and see what all you can do about this problem.
