My landlord pulled the contract lease between us and the realtor company. What are the terms with no contract?

Ever since they pulled the contract from the realtor office we have been depositing the rent money into the home owners account, we were informed by the owners that come July which is the contract ending date we originally signed with the realtor company. they are not renewing the lease, we have found a new home and submitted a 30 day notice to the owners informing them to use the last month rent submitted to them for May which is the last month we will occupy the house. My question is being that there is no written contract between us (tenants) and the owners can we legally submit this 30 day notice asking them to use our last month rent for the last month we will be there?

You need to clarify your question.

What do you mean the landlord "pulled the contract lease".

Does that mean the landlord threw the lease out the window while you were mid-lease...HE CAN'T LEGALLY DO THAT.

Technically, after the owner pulled the management agreement from the real estate company you and the owner should have signed a new lease, or at least an addendum. Although, courts have held up leases after owner's have dissolved thier management agreements so I don't think it matters. You really shouldn't have any problem if you have given your 30 day notice and your lease is up next month anyway. let me know if you need more advice, I'm a property manager in Arkansas.
