I don't like being in Sales but I'm now stuck with huge bills to pay that only Sales provides $ for...

How can I get out of the industry and still make the same kind of money?

I need at least $60,000 a year to pay my rent and all the bills coming in. I used to be in a trade that I no longer have the skills for..and honestly I don't think I was very good at it in the first place...then I was asked to try out sales...to basically sell to the kind of trades people I once was.

It was great cause it was still in my industry but I just don't like spending my days in the car, trying to find a washroom at some unknow public establishment, no other co-worker interaction other than meeting with clients so no one I can really bounce stuff off of on a daily basis like one would if they worked in an office...I really don't like putting myself out there trying to get a sale. I don't mind presenting and having clients come to me and I am awesome at product knowledge and consulting them but I don't think that there are any jobs out there that are like my latter "likes" that would pay me $60,000

Somehow you've let yourself fall into a position where your constant debt prevents you from making an easy career transition -- or perhaps spend 3 to 6 months looking for another job.

I can relate. Everyone in sales gets positive and competitive about potential, but few like to admit the highs and lows of the profession. I think you'll have to make some hard choices and some of those could mean sacrificing some of the things you enjoy -- so you can find a role in the industry or a new profession without going into bankruptcy.

Some jobs that could allow you to be in an office receiving clients:

*job coach
*life coach
*mental health provider

etc...

My dad always told me:

If you had fun at work they wouldn't pay you to do it.

Your right........... your a prisoner in your oun creation.........

That is a big problem...sorry you have to go through with it.
