Bring up moving in with my BF?

I would like to bring up the "moving in" topic with my borfriend (of a year) and talk about the future! However I have some extra hurdles. I rent a house about 3 miles from the house he owns, I help support my Grandma as she can not live alone anymore. I spend almost everynight at his house, but rush home before work to get ready. He has never lived with a girlfriend before. To top it off for the last 9 years he has lived alone with his dog...just to add more details his house is only 2 bedrooms one is an office and the other is the master...he is 38 years old....we talk about planning vacations a few years away and always includes me in all future planning and gets my opinion in upgrades to the house before he buys anything! What should I do I dont want to be the crazy GF who is trying to move in when not invited, but I dont wanna wait forever ;-) Please help!

I have a tooth brush hair ties he has photos of us in almost every room in the house even hanging on the walls but no drawer in the bedroom lol

Have you moved any of your things in yet?Toothbrush,a few clothes,some pictures etc etc.If not start bringing things a little at a time.Eventually he might wonder where all you stuff came from.Then he might ask you to move in all the way.

tell him how you feel about him and this house and see if he feels the same way.

Just bring up I know it hard besides you will never know unless you ask

simple test. move things like your tampons into his bathroom. take over a night stand.
get ready for work at his place. see if he shares the mirror.

if he wont even let you leave tampons over there, you need a new boyfriend.

after one year of giving him sex, sleeping with him at night, you are allowed to ask to move in.
if he likes having you over, if he wants the sex, he has to pay for it. we all know we pay one way or the other.

and we guys will always take advantage of a girl who gives it away for free. the only thing better then a girl like you, is one who lets us stay over night at her place. free sex and we dont have to wash the sheets!
that really is how we think.
