Do I have to pay the full rent even if I move out earlier? |
My lease is up on June 10, and I am moving out on May 20. Yes you need to pay your lease obligates you until June 10th. Read your lease agreement. The exact terms will be in there. yeah you have to pay it. The reason is that when you signed the lease of the place it was till June 10th so by leaving before the actual move out date you are liable for the last 20 days. unless you never signed a contract when you started to rent it. Um-you signed a lease and agreed to pay up to June 10. They are not obligated nor is it usual practice to prorate a lease especially if you have not met all the terms. Yes, you are obligated to pay |
