Extended stay hotel in Austin area?

I am looking for an extended stay hotel or possibly a furnished studio or 1 bedroom in Austin or surrounded areas for a nephew. He will be moving around there. His home office will be Marble falls and he has to travel to Austin, San Antonio, Kerrville and such.
His job is giving him a $500.00 rent allowance. He would love to find something in that range or something I would say $700 tops. He is young (22) so he has no furniture. That is why we are looking for furnished.
Please fellow Texans help us out.

I have went on rent.net and rent.com,apartments.com and realtor.com to no avail.

Go to criagslist, under rooms to rent and apts...And you shouldnt have any problems.. Ex-stay are about 200 a week so I would try something else.. good luck

There's an Extended Stay America right down down on the corner of 6th and Lavaca. I know I have used it before and it is one of the cheaper places to stay downtown.
