Does anyone know who can help me with first months rent and security deposit in Tuscarawas County Ohio? |
Im currently trying to get into an income based apartment but i will not have all the money up front. They're taking their time on telling me what my Rate will be every month. I am 3 months pregnant. And having controversy with my mom cause its taking the corporate office at the apartment im trying to get so long to get me my rate. I have to do something soon or i wont have a place to live. I work for minimum wage also... And my fiance is currently looking for work but this apartment will be in both names. He is currently staying with his mom. thanks n advance for any help! And by the way He's been looking but not many places around here are hiring at the moment. Im going to wic and our local job and family services wont help me cause im not 6 months pregnant and including being 6 mo prego i have to be having an emergency! It sounds like a difficult situation. I would check with your local Housing Dept. It is usually associated with the city or county government. Sometimes they will know of charity organizations that will assist someone in your situation. They may also have access to grant money to support you. Also, HUD (Housing and Urban Development), which is a federal agency, will have programs to assist first time home buyers if you don't want to rent. Tell the bum you're sleeping with to get off his *** and get a job instead of panhandling go to the social services office. they often have programs that offer first months rent and security, also to have your utilities turned on. Get signed up for W.I. C. while you are there (woman and children program) they supplement your food while you are pregnant and also give you vouchers for formula and baby food once your baby is born Good finance question! I know of an organization that gives up to $1500 to people to help them with their rent or mortgage. It's available in most US cities, I highly suggest you check it out. |
