My owner of commercial building is stupid?

He always impose new regulations those are out of agreement . Keep in mind that this is Pakistan.
This month he refused to take rent of property in which I have my office running. What should I do. Legal advise would be more appreciated

I am not aware from which nation u belong. Please try informing the Rent controller of your locality or inform the muncipal corporation. He may help you in this regard. In cases, where the landlord refuses to take rent the tenant should deposit the rent with the rent controller with the sufficient reason. The landlord cannot impose any regulations which are outside the rent agreement. this is law in India.

Plz try consulting a good advocate at your place, he will definitely help you out.
