How can I come up with rent money before I am evicted?

I was laid off for a month and fell behind on my rent. Currently my rent is 30 days late on the 1st and I have already been to court for my eviction. I have been told I probably have about 2 weeks before they actually evict, I tried speaking with the rental office but since its a big apartment complex they have set regulations that they must evict for failure to pay (hints) no payment option they want their money. I owe $1,345 because of late fees does anyone have any idea on how to come up with the money?

by the way I am working now and if I could find women that are willing to pay me for sex at this point I would do it but woman dont often pay for sex ..LOL...No but seriously were talking about $1,345 and i probably have $400 of it where can I find that much????please please help!!!!!!!!

Well cancel your internet for a starter! If you pay for pay tv or any other things like that cancel them if you can. These things are a luxury you cant afford if you owe that much and u will be kicked out of your home. Eat cheaper foods like pasta etc and get your priorities right. Stop eating take away etc, depends how your lifestyle is, but cut all those luxaries just til you get back on your feet. If you can borrow the money off a close friend/family or atleast some of it to give to the rental office it may show your trying to pay it. But make sure u pay your friend/family back or they wont trust you again to lend you money.

sell your car

can you borrow some from your friends or your familty? or look for work on the etc section of craigslist...babysitting maybe? handy work around the neighborhood....volunteer to do something you're good at and charge ppl for your services....valentine's bake sale??

did you try to call the unemployment offices??? if you are layed off you should be able to collect.

If u r good at contest, freinds and family. U could get a job it will probly be crapy but once ur rent is oaid u can look 4 a new 1. If u no anyone who liv es in a house, u cna do their yard work...

Do u have anything to sell on ebay? Have a bake sale! Sounds girly but try it! Go down to a local job center & ask them to help you in finding a job that they might only need help for a couple of days with... Mow some yards if you have a lawn mower... Rake leaves... Offer yourself for baby sitting services.. Cleaning houses, whatever it takes for you not to be evicted & if all else fails try to get a loan which is not a good idea but if it comes down to it then u might have to

Keep trying to get in to see the manager of your apartment complex and see if he/she is willing to work with you and when you do so, have a plan outlined where you can tell them specifically when you plan to pay the back amount. In the meantime, look for a second job that pays weekly (if at all possible). Places that are typically hiring immediately include fast food establishment and telemarketing firms. Good luck!

It's not that much, really, is it? Could you sell something to make a partial payment and offer to perform some task on the premises - maybe clean a vacated apartment or several - to make up the difference? Find out how much it costs where you live to hire someone to clean a vacated apartment then write a short letter to management with an offer, indicating clearly your wish to remain in the apartment and your prospects in re-establishing employment. You have nothing to lose by trying.
