If s = 15 times for weeks just add in that

There are 15 students.
So far:
(15*40*# of weeks)-400(number of months)
If there are four weeks in a month, they make
4(15*40) - 400 (1)
If you need the equation to be by weeks (assuming all months are 4 weeks), it would be:
x = # of weeks
x(15*40) - .25x(400) = amount of money
If you need the equation to be by month, then:
x = # of months
4x(15*40) - x(400) = amount of money.

The first x value shown [x(15*40) and 4x(15*40] are multiplying the amount of money received weekly, with $40 sessons from 15 students, by the number of weeks (or months) there are. The second x multiplies the rent (a negative value because it takes away from the income) by the time value.
