How much would you pay to RENT?

How much would you pay for a 1800sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath plus office, MOBILE HOME on an acre of land in Eustis, FL about 45 minutes outside of Disney World. Fully furnished, beautiful, only 2 years old. Master bath has a stand up shower stall & a seperate full bath, w/his & hers sinks. Guest bathroom, has full shower/bath & also his & hers sinks. Master has 2 full walk in closets as do the 2 rooms. Very large rooms. Open floor plan with kitchen, living room, & game room with very nice full size professional pool table. I am going to attempt to rent this place out and would like to know how much somebody would pay for it? Just ideas, don't worry, i'm NOT asking for a renter on YA. It would come fully furnished, TV's everything. BunkBeds in the 2nd guestroom. Bathrooms are HUGE....there is also a 10x10 shed BRAND NEW only 1 month old out back. Very large fenced in back yard. & the house has complete ceramic tile throughout. Only the 2 guest bedrooms have carpet. Also swing set & dollhouse

Unfortunately I can not sell until I've been here for 5 years. We've only been here for 2. But some situations have come up that are forcing me out of this home for now....I need to rent it.

Rent is set by the local market. You need to look around and see what other properties are renting for that are comparable to yours and then set your rent accordingly.

Check out comparable rental rates on Craig's List and your local paper. Call anyone with For Rent signs. Makes a difference if you're looking for year-round or snowbird rentals. Harder to rent year-round furnished, but good for winter rentals.

Hmm probbaly about 45,000 or 37,010 between that or more or less.. r probbaly since its really big it might be 50,000$ But for rent probbaly 40,000-30,000
