What part of the Tampa Bay should I live in? |
I am moving to the Tampa Bay Area from Los Angeles from here. I went to college in Florida and miss it there, and the cheap rent there. I am 24 years old. What is the best town/neighborhood for me to live? I own an apparel company and will be having my offices either in the downtown of Tampa or Ybor City. From what I have heard they are all good and its a really nice place to live. Go look at some properties and schools and see what you like the best..after all you will be the one living there I have been to Clearwater several times on vacation, it's a really nice place, but I imagine rent would be very expensive there. If money is an issue, St. Pete Beach would be cheaper, and almost as nice. Hyde Park is close but also expensive, clearwater is be a long commute to ybor or downtown, i grew up in seminole heights i love it, nice, quiet, good living, tampa heights is decents and belle air is far and expesive. check realtor.com or craiglist for rentals. You might also want to look at the channelside area(its a little area they are trying to make trendy between downtown and ybor. let me know if you want more info. |
