The housewives expect me to take care of their kids just because I work from home, HELP!!!?

I'm a 26 year old MALE. I'm a certified translator. I've been doing that for 8 years. I have my office at home. I was making very good money, so I decided to buy a house, and not to rent an apartment.
I live in this neighborhood where I'm the ONLY single guy. Everyone else is a family with kids.
Although I do wake up sometimes at 9:00, I do work. It doesn't matter at what hour of the day I do my work as long as it's done on the due date.
I have this big problem! The housewives from the neighborhood somehow decided it was a good idea to just drop off their kids at my place while they go elsewhere since according to them, I'm not really doing anything.

I sometimes say NO, but it's just too many of them! They give me all this drama and elaborate stories, sometimes I can't say no. They make fall behind on my work, and they have made damages to my new home.

I say NO sometimes, but it's just too many of them, how can I make them stop??

don't answer the door or tell them that you charge an outrageous fee per hour per kid to watch the kids.

If you don't want people taking advantage of you then you need to speak up for yourself.

if they send the kids over then send the kids home or call cps and tell them that your neighbors are abandoning the kids for the day in the neighborhood.

I had a former employer who when she was a stay at home mom several of the working moms would just drop their kids off at her yard and she felt like she had to feed the kids and take care of them until she realized she just couldn't afford to feed the neighborhood. So she started sending the kids home with a "i'm sorry honey we have a lot of doctors appointments today and can't have you come over to play." or "we're going to eat lunch now and have a nap so you need to go home to your mom." when a few of the kids had to go home and sit on their porches all day the women stopped unloading their kids on her.

NO MATTER WHAT SAY NO! no stories, ITS NO! tell them u have a lot of work 2 do and that ur NOT doing nothing. -twickers

Keep the screen door locked while you tell them "NO". Tell them you are self-employed and on deadline for the assignments you've been given, and that you aren't the neighborhood drop in door mat.

If the doorbell rings and you have a good idea that it's one of them, don't answer the door; keep the blinds closed and the volume on any TV or stereo low. If you have a garage, park your vehicle inside the garage. If they persist, call the police, especially since you say there's been damage done to your house (was the damage caused by the kids or the parents?_

No! Is a complete sentance.
I learned that people will take everything you give them.
Build your boundary line immediately.
Tell every one of them that you are no longer taking the children in because it interupts your work time, and if you don't work, you dont' get paid. Say it in a kind way, but make it firm.
If you dont' stop it, it will just continue.
We do not have to bow to the wishes of everyone. We can say no.

Stop answering the door and screen your calls.

Tell them NO mate. Your seriously damaging your ability to have a normal life by letting these people trample all over you. Imagine if they keep you from working then you'll get thrown out for not making enough money and then you'll be stuffed. Just say no and don't care about what they say you have your own life to live and they are taking advantage of your situation. This can get worse infact if one of the kids makes something up just to get back at you and the cops are called in. Mate that would be something that you just don't need in your life at all.

But just be polite but firm and say that you are no longer able to look after anymore kids because of some bullshit reason that you did your back or something. They might buy that or just be a prick and say straight up no I hate your kids,
