I have an office condo with individual offices for rent. How/Where should I advertise?

The offices total 1,700 sq. ft. There are 5 individual offices and each office has 125 to 225 sq. ft. These are ideal for independent attorneys, cpa's, mortgage brokers, mfr's. reps., etc. I already have a realtor and a financial advisor in place. Tenants should have an ethical business philosphy and be willing to refer clients to each other. Free use of conference room and free internet access. Racine/Kenosha area in Wisconsin.

If you have a Realtor then your Realtor should be doing the advertising. If not, you can run an ad in your local paper and advertise for free on www.craigslist.org and www.postaroo.com. Another thing you can do is send a letter to the businesses you have in mind. You never know when someone is looking to change locations. You might also check with your local Chamber of Commerce.
