Where can I rent a car in San Francisco/Oakland if i'm 20 years old...?

Well I'm belgian and I have an International Driver's License.
I need to rent a car in the bay area this summer. The problem is that i'm 20years old? Some rent a car allow drivers between 18 and 21 like "at west rent a car" but they don't have offices in SF !!! Please help me...

Check places out like Hertz and Enterprise. They usually have fees for drivers under 25 but they can be worth it if you need a car. I am 23 and going to California in a few weeks. I needed a car. Enterprise has a fee of $45. Most other companies charge
$25 a day which can add up depending on how long you are needing a car.

That is going to be tough if you arent 21..

If you do find a place (search near both SF/Oakland airports) you will have to pay extra fees because you are so young.
