Have you ever heard of an apartment complex that allows you to pay your RENT online??

I have a friend who hates trying to go to the bank to take out his $1200 he pays in rent only to go to a local grocer to get a free money order and then to drop off his rent in a box since....his rental office is closed by the time he gets off work and does all of this running around the city...so he asked me if I ever heard of a complex that has the ammenity of being able to pay online??? Ive never heard of it but I live in Atlanta.....you tell me..does it exist? and if so where do you live? just so Ill know..thanks:) !!!

i think the best way is to contact a real estate agent and get them to quickly provide u with quotes. Doing it on your own will be tough especially if u r not in town.
