I let out a building to public sector monthly rent lease expired on 31-12-04 how much increase i can expect? |
i have let out a building on monthly rent for 5 years lease to a public sector office with a clause to increase the rent after the expiry of lease period the lease expire on 31-12-2004 how much increase of i am eligible legally the building is in the center of municipal town. for further renewal of 3 or 5 years check the local market to judge. |
